White County Fair Association

White County Agricultural Fair offers event organisers access to facilities at its fairgrounds in Sparta, Tennessee. Alongside the annual agricultural fair, the organisation accepts enquiries to rent its Ag Complex building, providing a local option for gatherings and events throughout the year.

The wider fairground includes a large shelter, kitchen and restrooms, with an arena located behind the main building. The complex has been listed with seated capacity for up to 1,000 people, making it suitable for organisers looking for a sizeable indoor or covered setting. As facilities and arrangements can vary by event, planners should contact the team directly to confirm which spaces are available, capacity, rental terms and any practical requirements.

The site also serves as the home of the White County Agricultural Fair, a long-running community event featuring agricultural showcases, livestock activities, exhibits, competitions and entertainment. That fair programme is distinct from the venue rental service: event organisers can enquire about hiring the Ag Complex rather than attending only as fair visitors.

Located on Hale Street, the fairground is a practical choice for community, agricultural and other group events in the Sparta area. A building rental application is available through the fair's website, and a dedicated email address is provided for rental enquiries. Organisers can use these channels to ask about dates, facilities and arrangements before making plans.
