The Niedermodern village hall welcomes organisers looking for a community space for a family celebration, a meal or a community event. Opened in 2019, it offers a bright 220 m² hall designed to host a range of gatherings in a practical setting, close to the village football pitch.
The hire includes practical facilities for preparing and organising your reception: a fully equipped kitchen, crockery, tables and chairs. A bar with a beer tap also lets you set up a serving area for drinks. Outside, a 150 m² covered area provides extra shelter, useful for extending conversations or holding part of the event outdoors. A cloakroom completes the facilities.
The hall can be booked for a full day, half a day or several days, subject to availability and the applicable terms. Rates vary depending on the applicant, with specific arrangements for associations, Niedermodern residents and people from other municipalities. Bookings are made through the person responsible for the hall, who advises organisers and sends them the hire contract.
