Gray's Event Center

Gray's Event Center is a multi-purpose venue in Lancaster, Texas, with two event spaces available for private and corporate gatherings. Its banquet halls can host weddings and receptions, birthdays, anniversaries, quinceañeras, Sweet 16 parties, baby showers, graduations, reunions and corporate banquets. The venue also welcomes funeral receptions and other commemorative gatherings, giving organisers a choice of settings for both festive and more reflective occasions.

Planners can use the spaces as a supported venue or bring their own ideas and suppliers. The team offers tours and planning meetings, and a manager is on hand to coordinate with event planners and vendors. Tables and chairs are included in the rental, with set-up and removal provided. Wi-Fi is available for guests and event use, including music and business presentations.

Organisers have flexibility over food, as they can bring in a caterer of their choice without an additional venue fee. The venue can also suggest catering options. Wedding receptions can be styled to suit different themes, while the adaptable spaces can accommodate celebrations ranging from family milestones to company gatherings. A virtual tour helps prospective clients view the venue before arranging a consultation or requesting a quote. Located beside Interstate 35E, Gray's Event Center serves Lancaster and communities across the wider Dallas area.
