Venue on Lake Lily

Venue on Lake Lily offers indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings, private celebrations, business functions and community gatherings in Maitland, just north of Orlando. Set beside Lake Lily, the venue combines a scenic waterside setting with adaptable rooms for occasions ranging from small meetings and family events to larger receptions and conferences.

The venue has two main event halls, a gallery, a board and meeting room, and a covered lakeside veranda. The larger rooms can be arranged for theatre-style presentations or banquet dining, while smaller spaces suit more intimate gatherings. Organisers can also hire the whole building for larger events. The lakeside patio provides an outdoor option for ceremonies, drinks receptions and other special occasions.

Wedding packages are available, including a ceremony arrangement with chairs, an arbor and aisle decorations. Standard room hire includes tables and chairs, along with access to a caterer's kitchen. The venue can recommend local caterers and other event suppliers, and offers selected equipment and services, including audiovisual items, linens and bar options. Organisers may also arrange their own caterer, subject to the venue's terms.

The venue welcomes a varied programme of events, including birthdays, anniversaries, memorial gatherings, graduations, holiday parties, meetings and trade shows. Its team can assist with event logistics and practical arrangements, while the lakeside setting offers a distinctive backdrop for photographs and guest time outdoors. As a nonprofit community venue, it also directs part of its rental fees towards charitable causes.
