The Union HTX

The Union HTX is a bookable event venue in Houston's Old Sixth Ward, set in a restored Victorian bungalow dating from 1891. Its historic character and gallery setting offer a distinctive backdrop for gatherings, while the flexible layout allows organisers to arrange and decorate the space to suit their occasion.

The venue has 1,500 square feet of indoor space, along with a back patio and generous outdoor area. Its facilities include track lighting, a surround sound system serving the rooms and patio, Wi-Fi, two restrooms and on-site parking. Rectangular tables, cocktail-height tables and bamboo chairs are provided, with table linens available to rent separately. The stated maximum capacity is 125 standing or 50 seated when using the included tables and chairs.

Organisers can consider the space for intimate weddings and wedding receptions, as well as birthday parties, anniversaries, baby and bridal showers, graduation celebrations, dinner parties and celebrations of life. It is also suited to corporate holiday gatherings, meetings and presentations, plus vendor markets and art festivals. The venue invites prospective clients to enquire about rental prices, arrange a tour and reserve a date.

Alongside private hire, The Union HTX hosts exhibitions and community activities that showcase local and emerging artists. Its location in Houston's Arts District places it in a historic neighbourhood just west of downtown, giving event planners a characterful setting for occasions that call for a smaller, adaptable venue.
