Die Reithalle Rastatt is a versatile event venue in a listed building with neo-Baroque architecture and modern interiors. Event planners can choose between two halls and use the rooms to suit each format. Depending on the seating arrangement, the Theatersaal can accommodate up to 244 people and is suitable for stage productions, talks, concerts and presentations. The Bürgersaal, covering around 450 square metres, can host up to 328 guests and can be set up for celebrations, exhibitions, events organised by associations and business functions.
Weddings and private celebrations are also possible. A weekend package is available for the Bürgersaal, with time to set up the day before, use of the hall on the event day and clear-up on the following working day. Seating, coloured lighting and a sound system for speeches are included. Additional technical services can be booked if required.
For trade fairs and exhibitions, the Bürgersaal can be combined with the Theatersaal. A foyer can be used as a separate catering area, while the Theatersaal can host accompanying talks. Organisers can also plan conferences, information events, company celebrations and cultural programmes. Both halls have sound and lighting technology. A projector, presentation equipment, a lectern, flip charts, Metaplan boards and Wi-Fi are available on request.
Die Reithalle does not have a regular caterer. Organisers can therefore hire a catering business of their choice and should arrange the catering themselves. The Wirtschaft & Veranstaltungen team can help with planning and running events, and can include public events in its own event promotion. This venue combines a historic setting with flexible rooms and technical equipment for events of different sizes.
