The Bailiwick Venue

The Bailiwick Venue is a wedding and event venue near Medford, Wisconsin, set amid wooded surroundings and views of a neighbouring golf course. Couples can hold their ceremony and reception on site, choosing between an outdoor ceremony area with an arbor and bench seating or an indoor arrangement. The property also has a patio and landscaped grounds that offer attractive backdrops for photographs.

The venue is available for more than weddings. It welcomes private celebrations and business events, with arrangements tailored to the type of occasion. The dining area can seat around 275 guests, with additional seating available for a head table. Round dining tables and chairs are provided, and the space includes a dance floor, a bar for beverage service, indoor audio support for speeches and climate control for use throughout the year. On-site parking and post-event cleaning are among the practical inclusions described by the venue.

For wedding bookings, couples can arrange access around the day itself for decorating and clearing their belongings. An on-site ceremony option includes use of the ceremony area and a private, climate-controlled bridal suite, with separate spaces for getting ready, hair and make-up, and changing. The venue provides licensed bartenders, while couples can choose their own caterer and other suppliers. Tabletop service, including linens, napkins, cutlery and plates, is available as an additional option. The team can also share recommendations for local caterers, photographers, decorators, DJs and other wedding professionals, while leaving the final choice of suppliers to the organiser.

Organisers can contact the venue to discuss event-specific arrangements, request a tour or ask about availability and pricing. With dedicated wedding facilities and the flexibility to host private and business occasions, The Bailiwick provides a locally based option for planners seeking a welcoming venue with ceremony, dining and celebration spaces in one location.
