Laacher See Halle

Marktplatz 5, 56743 Mendig, Germany

Laacher See Halle is a versatile event venue on the market square in Mendig. The town makes the venue available for a range of events, including conferences, congresses, concerts, theatre, comedy, dance events, fashion shows, carnival celebrations and larger family gatherings. Commercial events such as seminars, sales promotions and advertising events are also possible.
Depending on the occasion and seating arrangement, the hall is suitable for events with around 20 to 500 guests. The large hall can be used with rows of chairs, rows of tables or no furniture. A stage and an artists' dressing room complement the event space. Qualified staff can provide support with the sound and lighting equipment if required. This gives event planners suitable facilities for both stage programmes and business meetings.
The hall is operated by the town of Mendig. Organisers should therefore contact the town administration to enquire about booking a date and using the venue. The terms of use set out rental services and any additional costs, for example for staff, equipment or cleaning. Catering is generally provided by the tenant of the Ratsstuben in the building. This makes it possible to combine events with catering, with the details to be agreed directly with the tenant.
With its different seating arrangements and wide range of uses, Laacher See Halle is a practical option for associations, businesses, institutions and private organisers looking for a centrally located hall in Mendig.
