The Florian Event Venue

The Florian Event Venue is a private event location in Germantown, Wisconsin, for organisers planning weddings, corporate functions and social celebrations. Its spaces can host gatherings of different sizes, with capacity for up to 400 guests. The venue is just north of Milwaukee and next to a hotel, which can be convenient when guests are travelling from out of town.

For weddings, couples can choose between indoor ballroom settings and outdoor ceremony locations, including a gazebo and garden areas. A separate room overlooking the gardens and patio can be used for a cocktail hour. Indoor spaces have flexible layouts, built-in bars and a hardwood dance floor. Wedding arrangements can include a dedicated event coordinator, service staff, tables, chairs, linen, crockery and glassware, along with other practical details for the celebration.

The venue also hosts business meetings, conferences, holiday parties, fundraisers, proms, sports banquets, remembrance gatherings and other social events. Organisers can discuss room layouts and add presentation equipment such as microphones, a podium, projectors and screens. The property includes outdoor areas, a patio and parking.

Food is prepared on site, and organisers can build a menu around options such as starters, dinners, desserts, late-night snacks and beverages. The venue can also provide event staff and equipment as part of a tailored arrangement. Its event coordinators help clients plan the details, while a network of preferred local suppliers can assist with services such as photography, music, baking and officiating. With indoor and outdoor settings, event support and adaptable menus, The Florian offers a single location for both the gathering and many of its practical arrangements.
