Pasadena Convention Center

Pasadena Convention Center offers event planners a large, flexible venue campus in the heart of Pasadena, California. Its spaces are suited to conferences, conventions, trade and consumer shows, corporate gatherings, banquets, fundraisers and weddings. The site brings exhibition, meeting and performance facilities together, giving organisers room to host different parts of an event in one location.

Exhibition Hall A and B provide 55,000 square feet and can be arranged as separate spaces or combined with the adjacent Grand Ballroom for larger events. The ballroom covers about 25,000 square feet and can be divided into sections for different layouts, from a banquet to a conference session. A separate historic exhibition hall offers another setting for special events and shows. For smaller sessions, the conference centre includes meeting rooms on two levels, suitable for breakout sessions and meetings alongside a larger programme.

The campus also includes the Pasadena Civic Auditorium, a 3,000-seat performance venue that can host general sessions, benefits and other large gatherings. Its Gold Room offers an additional option for smaller banquets. Event planners can review facility maps, room specifications and capacities when considering layouts and submitting an enquiry.

The centre's team supports organisers with event planning and operational coordination. Dedicated suppliers provide services including food and drink, internet, electrical provision and rigging. The venue is in Pasadena's Civic Center District, with hotels within walking distance and additional accommodation nearby. Its location, range of room sizes and variety of event spaces make it an option for both multi-day conventions and one-off celebrations.
