The Keepspace

The Keepspace offers bookable event spaces in Portland for organisers planning intimate celebrations, creative gatherings and small-scale professional events. Its venues include a light-filled studio suited to workshops, pop-ups, launches, receptions and dinners, as well as a gallery space for private parties, showers, lectures and other occasions. An outdoor lot is also available for seasonal events, either on its own or alongside indoor space. Different rooms and layouts allow organisers to choose a setting that suits their guest numbers and style, from a small gathering to a larger event with the appropriate arrangements and permits.

Micro-weddings are among the occasions the business promotes, alongside birthdays, bridal events, family gatherings, rehearsals, receptions and team activities. The studio includes a kitchenette, bars, tables, seating, Wi-Fi and an accessible restroom. The gallery offers event furniture and practical facilities, with options for seated dinners or more open standing receptions. Organisers can enquire about availability, arrange a tour and book a space for a set period.

A range of optional services can be added to venue hire or arranged for events elsewhere. These include catering, grazing tables, bartenders and mobile bar services, themed décor, lighting, photography, photo booths, DJs, sound equipment and event coordination. The business also lists creative workshop experiences, including clay and woodcraft activities at selected locations. Outside catering is permitted under stated conditions, giving planners some flexibility in how they organise food and drink.

With venue hire and supporting event services offered together, The Keepspace gives organisers a choice between booking a space alone and building a more supported package around their plans. Availability and facilities vary by location, so planners can contact the team to discuss the event format, guest count and any additional services they need.
