MAPS Backlot

MAPS Backlot is a flexible open-air venue in Miami's Wynwood Arts District, available for private and corporate events as well as film and photography productions. Its large, adaptable space provides a distinctive industrial setting for weddings, milestone celebrations, product launches, brand activations, pop-ups, exhibitions, performances and live shows. The venue also welcomes editorial shoots, commercials, music videos and film projects.

The Backlot offers around 10,500 square feet, with an open layout that organisers can shape around their event. Features include two bars, three restrooms, a climate-controlled green room, on-site power and a signature cement cyc wall, alongside a white cyc wall for selected creative uses. Drive-in access and a large load-in entrance make it practical for productions, vehicle displays and equipment deliveries. The venue advertises capacity for up to 600 standing guests and 250 seated, depending on the event and layout.

Venue hire includes exclusive use for the booked period. Standard rentals are designed to cover set-up, the event and breakdown, with longer bookings available for installations, pop-ups and production builds. MAPS Backlot is a location-only venue rather than a full-service caterer, so organisers can arrange additional equipment and services through its recommended suppliers or their own approved, licensed vendors. Security and cleaning are required for events, and the team can discuss planning requirements and vendor arrangements.

With dedicated offerings for weddings, corporate gatherings, private parties, brand experiences and production shoots, MAPS Backlot gives event planners a creative, customisable space in a central Miami arts district.
