Woud van Licht

Woud van Licht is a temporary indoor event venue in Zoelen, decorated to create a welcoming atmosphere and designed for businesses looking to share a special experience with colleagues. The venue opens during the winter season and then provides the setting for staff parties, Christmas outings, end-of-year gatherings and other business events. Meetings and gatherings can also be held during the day.

Organisers can choose an all-inclusive programme or work with the Woud van Licht team to put together a bespoke event. An evening can include a drinks reception, dinner or winter snacks, music and entertainment. Light shows and the woodland setting create a distinctive atmosphere. To add more to the programme, you could consider a DJ, live acts, a photobooth, silent disco, karaoke or a fire performance.

For groups looking to do more than eat and celebrate together, activities and team-building options are available. These include a VR experience, building a chain reaction or taking part in a tasting. This makes the venue suitable for groups of different sizes and with different requirements, from a private gathering to a larger company party.

The provider discusses the options and helps organisers put together a programme that meets their needs. This means businesses can choose a fully catered evening or combine individual elements themselves. Woud van Licht caters for business groups looking for a distinctive winter setting for a party, meeting or team outing, with food, drinks, decor and entertainment all in one place.
