The Gathering Place

The Gathering Place is a wedding and event venue in Pinetop, Arizona, set among the pines of the White Mountains. Its renovated historic barn and landscaped grounds give organisers the choice of an outdoor ceremony followed by an indoor reception, or an indoor ceremony if preferred. The venue is designed for couples who want to shape and manage their own celebration, rather than a fully serviced event package.

The barn provides around 2,800 square feet of interior space and can accommodate up to 150 guests. Outside, a dedicated lawn offers room for a ceremony, with a wedding arch and folding chairs available. The property also has parking, accessible facilities and a bridal suite with mirrors and hair and make-up stations, giving the wedding party a place to get ready.

Venue hire includes useful furnishings for arranging the day, such as banquet tables and chairs, a cake table, a sweetheart table, outdoor seating and picnic tables. A kitchen with a range, refrigerator and microwave is available, along with Wi-Fi. Weekend wedding bookings include access before the event for set-up, while micro-wedding packages are also offered for smaller groups on selected weekdays.

This is a DIY rental venue: couples choose and hire their own caterers and other suppliers, and take responsibility for the indoor set-up and event coordination. The venue provides a practical, scenic setting for weddings and celebrations, while allowing organisers to personalise the layout, décor and supplier team. Tours and date enquiries are arranged by appointment.
