The Foundry

The Foundry offers bookable meeting and event spaces in a restored industrial building in Kalamazoo's River's Edge District. Its rooms suit organisers looking for a place to bring colleagues, clients or guests together, from collaborative workshops and planning sessions to presentations, receptions and company gatherings.

The Workshop accommodates up to 25 people seated or 40 in a reception-style layout. It is equipped for in-person and virtual collaboration, with a large smart screen, video meeting camera and wired and wireless connections. The Forum can host up to 50 seated guests or 75 for a reception. Its flexible furniture arrangements support different meeting formats, while a projector, retractable screen, sound system and microphones help with presentations and group sessions. Organisers can ask the Concierge team about expanding either space.

Event bookings include access to support from a dedicated contact, high-speed WiFi and relevant audio-visual facilities. On-site dining is available through 600 Kitchen & Bar and Water Street Coffee, while complimentary secure parking is provided for visitors and event guests. The building's industrial character, exposed structure and natural light give the rooms a distinctive setting, with modern furnishings designed for practical working and gathering.

The Foundry also provides workspace within the same building, but its meeting and event rooms can be requested separately. Event organisers can enquire about availability, intended room layout, technology and catering through the venue's booking process or contact its Concierge team directly.
