Hidden Timbers Lakeside Venue

Hidden Timbers Lakeside Venue is a private event setting near Kilgore, Texas, set across 70 acres beside a lake. Its rustic character and open views provide a distinctive backdrop for weddings, while the venue also welcomes rehearsal dinners, quinceañeras, corporate functions, showers, reunions and birthday celebrations.

The main event space covers 3,750 square feet and can host up to 250 people. Its understated decoration gives organisers scope to bring their own styling and make the space suit the occasion. For outdoor ceremonies, a gazebo offers a dedicated setting, with the lake and surrounding grounds adding further options for photographs and gathering guests.

The venue has separate cabins for the wedding couple to prepare and relax before the celebration. The bride's cabin includes a salon-style preparation area, seating and a porch, while the groom's cabin has its own wraparound porch and space to unwind. Inside, a custom-built bar can be used for serving food and drinks, and the functional kitchen provides room for an external caterer to work.

With indoor event space, outdoor ceremony options and practical facilities for couples and suppliers, Hidden Timbers gives event planners a flexible location for both personal celebrations and business gatherings. Its lakeside setting and relaxed, rustic style are suited to organisers looking for a venue with room to personalise the day.
