Landhaus Strausberg

Landhausstraße 22, 15344 Strausberg, Germany

Landhaus Strausberg is a historic estate in the Strausberger Vorstadt, primarily offered as a location for film, television and streaming productions. In addition, event planners can enquire about using the house on a limited basis for selected events with around 50 to 120 guests. This makes the location suitable for occasions that call for a unique setting and a historic building.

Inside, a range of rooms is available, including a großer Saal, a grüner Saal, a Kaminzimmer and a Wintergarten. Together with the historic façade, entrance, driveway and private park, they offer various options for the running and design of an event. Depending on the occasion, the rooms can be used as event spaces or for individual programme items. The areas available and the requirements that can be accommodated are agreed for each enquiry.

The house dates from around 1910 and is in Strausberg, within easy reach of Berlin. Alongside celebrations and other selected gatherings, the offering is particularly aimed at film crews and production companies looking for interior and exterior locations on one site. For film and television productions, the scope, timings, rooms required, technical requirements, preparations and handover are agreed individually. For events, too, it is advisable to enquire directly with details of the occasion, preferred date and number of guests. Landhaus Strausberg thus combines a distinctive historic backdrop with limited, individually agreed use as an event venue.
