AirLST GmbH

AirLST is event management software from Munich for companies, agencies and associations. It brings event planning together with participant management: invitations, registration, tickets and check-in all run on one guest list, in the same system as tasks, budget and suppliers.

AirLST is used for corporate events, conferences, trade fairs, customer events and annual general meetings. Invitations are sent out personalised in your own design, registration forms ask for exactly what the event needs, and event websites are created in your own look in several languages. Guests receive QR code tickets and an event app with the programme, ticket and site map, which runs in the browser without an app store.

At the entrance, the check-in app for iOS and Android checks guests in via QR code, online and offline. Name badges with barcodes are printed at check-in, and attendees and no-shows are visible live. If requested, the AirLST team handles accreditation, badge printing and admission on site. For planning, there are tasks with deadlines based on the event date, a budget for each trade with a forecast, quote comparisons and sponsor packages. The reporting shows the costs per invited, confirmed and checked-in guest.

The business behind AirLST has been built up in Munich since 2009; AirLST GmbH was founded in 2014. Today, the platform manages more than 20 million participants. AirLST is TISAX-audited, GDPR-compliant and hosted in Germany; it connects via REST API and connectors, for example to Salesforce and HubSpot.
