The Richmond Education and Event Centre

The Richmond Education and Event Centre offers meeting and event room hire in a distinctive former hospital building near Dublin city centre. Its flexible spaces are suited to organisers planning business meetings, interviews, workshops, seminars, conferences, educational programmes and social or corporate functions. Room layouts can be arranged in theatre, boardroom, classroom or banqueting styles, with options tailored to the needs of each booking.

The venue combines the character of a historic redbrick building, including its courtyard and original architectural features, with modern information technology and audiovisual facilities. A choice of smaller meeting rooms and larger conference spaces means event planners can enquire about settings for different group sizes and formats. The centre also makes individual spaces available for filming, television and fashion shoots, subject to availability.

Located on North Brunswick Street, The Richmond is within walking distance of Smithfield and close to Luas stops, with rail connections accessible via the city’s transport network. Organisers can contact the centre to discuss requirements, check room availability and arrange a suitable setup. The venue is operated in association with the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation, which also uses the building for professional education programmes. Whether you are arranging a training day, a corporate gathering or a private event, the team can help identify a room configuration that fits the occasion.
