Be original and surprise your guests with a delicious Thai food feast! Bringing in a cook for a cozy dinner, family party or business meeting means undisturbed and carefree enjoyment together with your guests. We cook at home or at another location of your choice. Workshops are also possible. The menu is composed in consultation with the host or hostess. You set the table according to your own taste. We bring crockery and cutlery on request.
Thai cuisine
Thai cuisine is based on simple ingredients of excellent quality. Fresh sea fish, rice from the fields, fragrant herbs and spices, and local fruits and vegetables. These are just a few of the fantastic ingredients eaten all over Thailand. Each region has its own specialties made from local produce, but there are flavors and cooking techniques used all over the country, resulting in a wonderfully varied cuisine. The secret behind every Thai dish lies in the subtle relationship between salty, sweet, sour, bitter and spicy.
Your cook at home
Koong learned the tricks of the trade from her mother, who has been running a restaurant in Korat (Central Thailand) for 35 years. It offers you a wide range of flavors: slightly spicy, sweet and sour, soft, fiery and sweet.
