The Sixth Floor Loft

The Sixth Floor Loft offers a collection of adaptable spaces on Broadway near Union Square in Manhattan. Organisers can choose between furnished rooms and larger, more open loft-style studios, with layouts suited to both intimate gatherings and productions requiring more room.

The spaces can host a range of occasions, including corporate events, presentations, press events, cocktail receptions, private dinners, showers, fashion shows and film or photo shoots. The Loft is a furnished option for smaller gatherings, while Studio 500 provides a brighter, larger setting. Spacious Studio 1 and Spacious Studio 2 feature exposed brick and high ceilings, and can be arranged for different event formats. The Annex offers a more open, raw space with a mezzanine, and can be combined with The Loft for additional room. Capacity varies by space and setup, with options ranging from smaller seated dinners to receptions for larger groups.

Selected rooms include sound systems, microphones and projection equipment, while furniture can be removed when a different layout is needed. Prep and storage areas, coat closets and bathrooms are available in relevant spaces, and some studios include catering kitchen facilities. The venue can also assist with event coordination on request. A booking enquiry can be made directly with the venue to discuss dates, space options and event requirements. The rooftop is offered for film and photo shoots only, rather than general events.
