The Esperantohalle in Fulda is part of Hotel Esperanto and offers event planners spacious facilities for congresses, conferences, trade fairs, exhibitions, shows and corporate events. The air-conditioned hall covers around 2,500 square metres and can be set up in different seating arrangements to suit the occasion and programme. With theatre-style seating, it can accommodate up to 3,300 people, while banquets can seat up to 1,300. Its facilities include a retractable telescopic grandstand, a flexible stage system and a Bose sound system. Lighting and sound equipment can be requested if needed.
For smaller events, Hotel Esperanto has 19 meeting and group rooms. They can be combined in a variety of ways and are suitable for meetings, workshops, seminars and conferences, from small groups to larger numbers of participants. Together with the Esperantohalle, the Waideshalle and Plaza Esperanto, these spaces form a congress centre with rooms of different sizes. This allows event planners to put together suitable spaces for plenary sessions, working groups and accompanying programme items.
The venue also helps organise events and offers conference packages that include room hire, meals and coffee breaks. Catering options and a conference foyer complement the event spaces. Guests attending multi-day congresses or corporate events can stay at the hotel, which has 326 rooms and suites. Artists' dressing rooms and event offices are also available. Its central location in Fulda and good rail and road connections make it an appealing venue for regional and national events.
