In the heart of the Butte Sainte-Anne district in Nantes, Le DIX is a community centre that makes rooms for associations available for a range of activities and gatherings. Organisers can contact the team responsible for the rooms directly to find out about booking arrangements.

The venue is particularly suited to meetings, conferences, exhibitions, performances and dance activities. This variety makes it possible to plan different types of event, from an association meeting or workshop to a cultural event open to the public. Le DIX also hosts a programme organised by the Collectif associatif du DIX, anchoring the venue in local cultural and community life.

Located on place des Garennes, the venue is accessible to people with reduced mobility and served by public transport, with the Lechat stop on the C1 line nearby. The available information does not specify room capacities, technical equipment, prices or access conditions for external organisers. It is therefore best to contact the booking service to check availability, permitted uses and any specific requirements for your project.

Le DIX is primarily aimed at associations and local initiatives looking for a space in Nantes for a group or cultural activity. For a professional or private event, organisers will need to confirm that the planned format and hire conditions are compatible with what the venue can offer.
