KOMED im MediaPark rents out event spaces for conferences, meetings, symposia, workshops, presentations, trade fairs and other business events. The spaces are spread across two neighbouring buildings in Cologne's MediaPark and cover around 2,300 square metres in total. This allows event planners to put together suitable spaces for different group sizes and event schedules.

In Haus 7, you'll find the 300-square-metre KOMED-Saal, an adjoining foyer and six workshop rooms. Opposite, in Haus 6, bright, flexible event spaces and foyer areas on several floors are available. The combination of a large hall, smaller breakout rooms and reception areas is ideal, for example, for conferences with parallel workshops, presentations, exhibitions or receptions.

Alongside room hire, organisers can book technical equipment and support from qualified event technicians. The services include conference and media technology, as well as solutions for webcasts, hybrid events and podcast productions. The KOMED team advises on room selection and supports the planning and delivery of events. Catering can be arranged on request, along with staff for additional services such as cloakroom or security. Private events are not held at KOMED.

The venue is centrally located in Cologne and is accessible by public transport and car. There is extensive parking in the MediaPark underground car park. Hotels, restaurants and other service providers are located nearby, making it easier to organise multi-day meetings and larger specialist events.
