Canvas Event Venue

Canvas Event Venue is a flexible, multi-level venue in Orlando for organisers planning weddings, business events, meetings, celebrations and public-facing experiences. Its bright, modern spaces are designed to be adapted to each event, offering a blank canvas for everything from a wedding ceremony and reception to a product launch, conference, fundraiser, birthday or pop-up exhibition.

The venue includes several distinct areas that can be used together or arranged to suit different parts of a programme. The Gallery provides a large open setting for receptions, dinners, presentations and exhibitions. The Atrium brings in natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows, while the Mezzanine adds a separate upper-level space for guests, displays or networking. There is also a foyer, private suites and an outdoor patio, giving organisers options for arrival, preparation, breakout activities, cocktails and additional guest space. Capacities vary by room and layout, with the main Gallery accommodating up to 800 standing guests.

Event planners can tailor the look and production with features such as projection surfaces, theatrical and LED lighting, branding displays, drapery and backdrops. Practical venue facilities include Wi-Fi, a catering preparation area, bars, tables, private suites and on-site parking. Catering is arranged through the venue's preferred caterers, and bar service is provided by its exclusive bartending company.

Canvas welcomes both private and professional events, including wedding ceremonies and receptions, corporate gatherings, business meetings, seminars, galas, award ceremonies, social celebrations, pop-up shops and exhibitions. Organisers can arrange a venue tour and discuss how the spaces and available options can work for their plans.
