Germantown Gables

Germantown Gables is an indoor and outdoor event venue in Louisville, Kentucky, offering a flexible setting for weddings, corporate functions and private celebrations. Its industrial character and greenhouse-inspired design combine open, light-filled interiors with an outdoor courtyard, giving organisers several options for shaping an event.

The venue has two indoor spaces that can be used separately or brought together, plus an outdoor area. The layout can accommodate different parts of an occasion in one place, from preparations and ceremonies to drinks receptions, dinners and dancing. The venue describes its indoor space as suitable for up to 450 seated guests and its courtyard for up to 300 seated guests. Organisers can request a floor plan to help plan the room layout and guest arrangements.

Facilities include two private preparation suites, a catering kitchen, restrooms and a quiet room for nursing parents, young families or guests who may need a calmer space. Tables and chairs are available for indoor use, and the team can set up the venue's furniture. A venue coordinator supports access and building operations on the event day. Rehearsal time may also be arranged, subject to availability.

Weddings are a key offering, while corporate clients can book the venue for occasions such as dinners, award ceremonies, speaker events and conventions. It also welcomes other celebrations and gatherings, including anniversaries and networking events. Bar service is provided through the venue's designated partner. Tours are available by appointment, allowing event planners and clients to view the spaces and discuss their requirements with the venue team.
