Yellow Springs Barrel Room

Yellow Springs Barrel Room is a private event venue in Yellow Springs, Ohio, combining a flexible gathering space with the character of a working craft brewery. Organisers can book it for private parties, receptions, graduations, meetings, book launches and other small-scale celebrations. The room can accommodate up to 120 guests standing or 70 seated, with additional patio seating for up to 30 people.

The venue offers tables and seating, private bartenders and an on-site event specialist. Organisers can choose from several bar arrangements, including cash bar, open bar, a spending limit, drink tickets or wristbands. The drinks selection includes brewery beers as well as wine, cocktails, cider, seltzers and non-alcoholic options. Custom lighting, Wi-Fi and access to Spotify Premium are also available. Packages and set-up options can be discussed with the venue team to suit the event.

Food is arranged separately. The venue welcomes external caterers and food trucks, and organisers may bring their own food. As there is no kitchen for on-site catering, planners should arrange food service with an outside vendor. Decor can be brought in to personalise the space, and the team can suggest external suppliers if needed.

The Barrel Room also houses Yellow Springs Brewery's mixed-fermentation and barrel-ageing operation, giving the venue a distinctive brewery setting. To plan a booking, organisers can submit an enquiry, arrange a tour and discuss availability, pricing and package details with the event team. The space is suited to private celebrations and gatherings where guests can enjoy a relaxed setting and brewery-led drinks service.
