Bodega Bay Secret Gardens

Bodega Bay Secret Gardens is an outdoor event venue in Bodega Bay, California, offering a secluded garden setting for weddings and smaller private gatherings. Set among redwoods, ferns and seasonal flowers, the grounds provide several distinct spaces for ceremonies, dining and time with guests, with winding paths and garden features adding character throughout the property.

Wedding options include full-day celebrations for groups of around 40 to 120 guests, a multi-day package and a smaller elopement option for up to 40. Couples can reserve the gardens for both their ceremony and reception, with exclusive use of the venue during their booking. The setting includes a ceremony area, a covered dining pavilion, a bar area, a wooden dance floor and two dressing rooms. Tables, chairs, heaters, decorative lighting and water features are also available, alongside an outdoor catering preparation area. The Bird Nest offers the couple a private place to step away during the celebration.

The gardens also welcome selected private events for up to 40 guests, including milestone birthdays, anniversaries, celebratory dinners, corporate retreats and celebrations of life. These smaller gatherings can use the garden setting and included venue equipment, with a pre-event walkthrough to help organisers plan the layout.

Catering, décor, entertainment, photography and other specialist services are arranged separately by the organiser. The venue can recommend local suppliers, while allowing clients to choose their own. Some wedding packages include local shuttle transport, and couples can arrange a tour to view the grounds and discuss their plans with the venue team.
