The Ellis

The Ellis is an event venue in Italian Village, downtown Columbus, set inside a renovated early twentieth-century industrial building. Its character comes from exposed brick, tall arched windows and polished concrete, alongside contemporary details such as a statement bar and a preserved-moss feature wall. The open main room and outdoor courtyard give organisers options for ceremonies, receptions and other gatherings, while a mezzanine provides a more intimate setting for smaller meetings.

Weddings are a central part of the venue's offer. Couples can host their ceremony and reception on site, with packages that bring together the space, tables and chairs, place settings, professional staff, set-up and clear-down. Optional additions include in-house catering, bar service, florals, music, cake and linen choices, allowing the event to be planned around the couple's preferences. A venue coordinator supports the planning process and event-day arrangements.

The Ellis also welcomes corporate meetings and events, from business sessions and smaller gatherings to company dinners and award events. Organisers can make use of built-in audiovisual facilities, Wi-Fi, catering and different seating layouts. Social occasions such as birthdays, showers, reunions, fundraisers and holiday parties are also catered for, with room arrangements suited to the event.

For event planners, the venue combines a distinctive urban backdrop with practical support, flexible indoor and outdoor areas, and a choice of included services and enhancements. It is located at 777 North 4th Street in Columbus, with parking options nearby.
