The La Grange function room is a municipal venue available to hire in Conie-Molitard, in Eure-et-Loir. Located in a former farm building, it offers a characterful setting for family gatherings, association activities, cultural or leisure events, and meetings organised by businesses. The stated maximum capacity is 150 people, making it suitable for both a convivial reception and an event bringing together a larger group.

The room measures 18 metres by 8.20 metres. Tenants have 30 tables and around 170 chairs at their disposal to arrange the space to suit their needs. A fully equipped kitchen is also available, with a gas cooker, cold room, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, double-bowl sink and stainless steel tables. Heating operates during the period specified by the municipality, from 1 October to 30 April.

The venue is available to adults, associations and businesses. The terms and prices distinguish between residents of the municipality and people from outside it, and the price list is updated by the municipal council. Bookings are made through the town hall, where the contract is drawn up. The usual arrangement is to hire the room at weekends, with the possibility of hiring it for a day during the week, subject to municipal approval. Parking spaces are provided near the room and in front of the town hall. Organisers must provide proof of insurance and leave the premises clean after use.
