Vintage Pearls Event Planning

Vintage Pearls Event Planning helps couples and other event organisers plan celebrations that feel personal, considered and well co-ordinated. Based in Georgia, with an additional office in Texas, the team works on events around Atlanta, across the continental United States and at selected destinations overseas.

For weddings, organisers can choose full planning or a more limited planning service tailored to their needs. Full planning brings the couple and their suppliers together from the early decisions through to the event day. The team also offers event design, helping shape the visual direction and consider how the setting, guest experience, service and flow work together. Destination wedding planning is available for clients celebrating outside the Atlanta area.

Beyond weddings, Vintage Pearls works on private and corporate occasions, developing decor concepts and helping bring the chosen style to life. Its services include floral bouquets, arrangements and table centrepieces, as well as invitations and digital event announcements. Event organisers can also hire decor and equipment such as chairs, linens, chandeliers, vases, lounge furniture, draping and lighting. The business can coordinate with an organiser's existing suppliers or help connect them with providers for elements such as catering and production.

The team also offers themed tea parties and etiquette classes, including sessions for children and young people. For event planners looking for support with the creative direction as well as practical details, Vintage Pearls provides a combination of planning, styling and event resources. Services are available by enquiry, with a consultation offered to discuss the event and the level of support required.
