Saline County Fair Association

Saline County Fairgrounds offers a range of indoor and outdoor spaces for organisers looking to host events in Benton, Arkansas. The fairgrounds are operated by the Saline County Fair Association, which makes several facilities available to hire for gatherings and activities throughout the year.

Available spaces include the rodeo arena, cattle barn, show ring, swine and sheep barns, horse barn stalls, Cultural Arts Building and Fair Office Building. The air-conditioned Cultural Arts Building provides an open event space. The Fair Office Building is also air-conditioned and can seat up to 200 guests, with tables and chairs available. It includes a kitchen that organisers can use for catering preparation.

The livestock areas are equipped for animal-related events, with water access, a clean-out area, poultry and rabbit cages, chain-link pens for sheep and swine, and an area for tying cattle. Horse stalls are also available to rent. Together, these facilities can suit a varied programme, from community gatherings and exhibitions to livestock activities, shows and rodeo events.

Organisers can contact the association's leasing chair to discuss availability and arrangements. A signed leasing agreement and payment are required before the event.
