Shoreline Lake

Set beside a lake in Mountain View, Shoreline Lake offers a distinctive setting for organisers planning private celebrations and company gatherings. Event spaces include an indoor banquet room, a waterfront patio and lawn areas, giving groups a choice of sheltered or open-air surroundings. The venue suits occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, receptions, showers, weddings, company picnics and other social or business events.

For corporate organisers, Shoreline Lake can combine a gathering with facilitated team-building and group games. Options include a boat-building challenge, kayak polo and water activities, with land-based games available as well. Organisers can discuss a tailored programme to suit their group and event, and the venue provides an event enquiry route for planning and bookings.

The lakeside setting also makes it possible to add boating or other outdoor activities to a gathering. Room and outdoor space hire is available in different group-size arrangements, with tables and chairs included for some options. Catering has been part of the venue's event offer, though current arrangements are affected by the American Bistro's remodel. The Bistro is temporarily closed and event services, including catering, are limited while the work continues. The Boathouse remains open, and organisers should contact the Events Team to confirm which spaces, food options and activities are currently available for their date.

With indoor and outdoor facilities, recreation and facilitated activities in one location, Shoreline Lake gives event planners a flexible option for gatherings in the South Bay.
