Charlotte's Landing

Charlotte's Landing is an event venue in Longview, Texas, offering space for weddings, receptions and a range of private and community gatherings. The venue's published information gives a maximum capacity of around 125 people, making it suited to intimate and mid-sized celebrations.

The indoor space includes a sanctuary-style event area, lighting, sound and video equipment, Wi-Fi, a kitchen, spacious restrooms and separate dressing rooms for the couple's parties. There is also a fire-pit patio for outdoor time during an event. Tables and chairs are included in some wedding packages, while selected packages add items such as table linen, chair covers, a backdrop, an arch and sound technician support. Outside catering is permitted, so organisers can work with their own caterer or choose from the venue's preferred supplier suggestions.

Weddings are a central part of the offering, with options that can include a rehearsal, rehearsal dinner space and reception. The venue also welcomes birthday parties, family reunions, holiday gatherings, bridal showers, memorial services and other celebrations. Organisers should check the current package details, availability, event rules and any additional staffing or security requirements when enquiring, as inclusions vary by booking. Charlotte's Landing provides a dedicated venue for event planners seeking a flexible setting for a personal occasion in the Longview area.
