La Ferme Bertinchamps is a historic square farmhouse in Ophain, close to Braine-l'Alleud, which hires out its spaces for private celebrations and business gatherings. The rural buildings and inner courtyard provide a distinctive, authentic setting for events. The venue is suitable for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, family celebrations, seminars, conferences, staff parties, product launches and team-building events, among others.
The estate has six separate rooms and an inner courtyard. Depending on the rooms selected and the layout, it can accommodate groups of around 20 to 400 people. Rooms can be hired individually or in combination, allowing organisers to give different parts of their programme their own space, such as a reception, dinner and entertainment. Some rooms have a professional kitchen and/or a bar. Basic lighting, sound and projection facilities are also available with certain room configurations. There is private parking on site, and suppliers can use a loading and unloading area.
Organisers have considerable freedom in planning their event. The rooms do not require you to use a particular caterer, brewer or DJ, so you can choose your own suppliers. You can also bring in a technical production partner, subject to the venue's arrangements. The combination of different spaces, the rural setting and flexible hire options makes the farmhouse suitable for both an intimate celebration and a larger event. Ask the venue which room, facilities and layout best suit your date, group size and programme.
