The Boylston Rooms

The Boylston Rooms is a wedding and event venue in Easthampton, Massachusetts, set within a former textile mill. Its historic brickwork, timber floors and industrial details give organisers a distinctive backdrop, while the indoor spaces can be arranged for ceremonies, receptions and other gatherings.

The venue has two main rooms, each with its own character and scale. The East Room features large windows and natural light, while the West Room offers a spacious setting with brick and steel features and views towards the garden. For outdoor occasions, couples can consider the garden courtyard or a waterfront meadow beside Lower Mill Pond, a setting suited to smaller ceremonies and photographs. Wedding suites are also available for preparations on the day.

Weddings are a central part of the offering, with options including weekend and midweek celebrations, elopements and coordination at other locations. The team provides planning and coordination support, helping organisers manage the practical details of the occasion. Catering is provided through a partner, and the venue also offers a trolley for wedding-day transport.

The rooms are also available for private celebrations such as showers, birthdays, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners and family gatherings, as well as corporate events and conferences. For these occasions, organisers can arrange access to the courtyard and make use of supplied tables, chairs, linens, place settings and decor. The venue team handles set-up and clear-up, with hourly booking options for private events. This combination of historic character, indoor and outdoor choices, and practical event support makes the venue suitable for a range of celebrations.
