Le Site de l’Événementiel supports organisers in planning and delivering events in Paris and, depending on the project, in other destinations. Run by Area Box, the service is for businesses, individuals and student associations alike. The team works on gala evenings, seminars, product launches, press presentations, internal events, birthday parties and company retreats.
Finding a venue is an integral part of the support it offers. The agency helps select spaces based on the format, number of guests, budget and client's expectations. Its network includes lofts, rooftop venues, barges, clubs, outdoor spaces and cultural venues. Organisers can compare different atmospheres and consider a private hire suited to their project.
Depending on requirements, the team can also help with the overall preparation of the event, supplier coordination and production. Its services also include communications, creating visual materials and media promotion. Requests are assessed based on the brief, ideas and constraints provided by the client, to put together a tailored proposal. Le Site de l’Événementiel is therefore a point of contact for organisers seeking help both with finding a venue and structuring their project, from the initial ideas through to delivery.
