The Hendo Ranch

The Hendo Ranch is a countryside venue in Henderson, East Texas, offering space for weddings, private celebrations and corporate gatherings. Its setting combines open grounds and mature trees with modern-rustic indoor spaces, giving event planners a choice of backdrops for ceremonies, receptions and group occasions.

For weddings, couples can host their ceremony and reception at the ranch, with options for rehearsal dinners and farewell brunches on the property. The venue offers packages for a single event day as well as exclusive use of the property with overnight accommodation. Indoor reception space can host up to 240 guests without a dance floor, or 144 with one, while the outdoor ceremony area accommodates up to 250. Tables and chairs are included in the venue packages, and organisers can bring their own suppliers or consult the venue's preferred vendor list. Catering is arranged separately, and alcohol service must be provided by a licensed, insured bartender.

The property also suits smaller parties, milestone celebrations and corporate retreats. Event planners can enquire about short-term use of the event barn or outdoor areas, with the pool available as an optional extra for some celebrations. Five equipped cabins provide on-site accommodation, helping wedding parties or retreat groups stay together during their visit. Other gathering spaces include a covered outdoor area, poolside settings and a fire pit.

The Hendo Ranch is a venue rather than a full-service event organiser. Its team can provide information about the property and booking options, while event planners coordinate their own event suppliers and arrangements.
