In the heart of Bourbon-Lancy's thermal park, Espace culturel Saint-Léger offers associations and private organisations a flexible venue for hosting events. This municipal venue is particularly suitable for performances, meetings, conferences, and association or private gatherings. Availability depends on the booking calendar, as municipal and association events have priority.

The main hall has retractable tiered seating for 204 people, plus six spaces for wheelchair users. Its layout can be adapted to suit your needs: tables and chairs are available, as is an adjustable podium on request. Sound equipment and access to the control room can also be requested, subject to the conditions for their use. A projection screen is also among the listed equipment.

The adjoining spaces make it easier to welcome guests and organise activities on site. The foyer includes a bar, refrigerators, an ice machine, a sink, toilets and a cloakroom. A well-equipped catering kitchen allows food to be kept warm and includes a refrigerator, a dishwasher and a pot wash sink. There are also dressing rooms with toilets, washbasins and showers, as well as an activity room in the basement. Equipment and crockery may be made available depending on the quantities requested and current stock.

The venue is accessible to people with reduced mobility and has a car park, with other parking options nearby. Rental requests and enquiries about availability should be directed to the Town Hall's Events Department. After the event, users are responsible for cleaning the premises and putting away the equipment.
