Feestzalen Den Bosuil in Schiplaken, near Boortmeerbeek, rents out rooms for private parties and association events. Organisers can choose between two rooms, depending on the size and format of their gathering. The grote zaal can accommodate up to 180 people. The midi-zaal is suitable for up to 80 guests. Both rooms have a bar with a drinks fridge and draught system. The grote zaal also has an adjoining storage room. Those who need more space can rent both rooms together.

A professionally equipped kitchen makes it possible to prepare food on site using the kitchen equipment. It includes gas hobs, an oven, a deep fryer, a microwave and a professional dishwasher. Crockery, glasses, cutlery and cooking equipment are available on request. For beer and soft drinks, customers must choose from the venue's range, as set out in the terms of use.

There is ample parking next to the function rooms. The grote zaal and the toilets are accessible to wheelchair users. The rooms can be booked for a range of private parties and regular association events. Available dates can be checked in advance on the booking calendar. Once the request has been confirmed, the booking becomes definitive in accordance with the agreed terms and payment of the deposit. Den Bosuil is therefore a practical venue hire option for organisers who want to plan their own event and make use of a kitchen, bar and parking.
