Paseo Real Receptions

Paseo Real is a reception venue in Laredo, Texas, offering several distinct spaces for weddings, quinceañeras and other celebrations. Its ballrooms include The Crystal Room, La Hacienda and La Terraza, giving event planners a choice of settings when matching the space to the occasion and its style. The venue also welcomes organisers arranging other private and community events.

Planning begins with a venue tour and a conversation with a coordinator about dates, the event layout and ideas for the celebration. For weddings, the team can guide couples through decisions such as table coverings and settings, catering choices, flowers and cake flavours. Organisers can also discuss floor planning and other event details with the venue team as arrangements take shape. A pre-event visit can be used to practise a dance and resolve outstanding questions, with a photo session also available as part of the process described on the venue's website.

Paseo Real presents its spaces as options for both intimate and larger celebrations, with each ballroom offering its own look and atmosphere. The venue's wedding-focused service is designed to support clients from their first visit through to the event itself, with coordinators helping keep preparations moving and overseeing the celebration on the day. Event planners looking for a reception setting in Laredo can contact the team to arrange a tour, check availability and discuss the venue's options for their event.
