Het Spoorhuis Vinkeveen is a small-scale event venue in a characterful former railway station, situated between Amsterdam and Utrecht. Organisers can hire the building exclusively for their group, for example for a meeting, brainstorming day, training session, presentation, dinner, reception or celebratory gathering. Its location near the Demmerikse Polder and the Bellopad gives guests the chance to step outside for a walk during a break.

There are two different spaces available on the ground floor. The classic waiting room is suitable for gatherings of up to 50 people, with various layouts for meetings, receptions and dinners. The industrial luggage depot offers a second, smaller setting for groups of up to around 30 people. A separate breakout room can also be used for business gatherings. The spaces can be used separately or together, depending on the programme and group size.

The venue offers options for both business and private events. These could include a strategy day with a presentation, a reception with a buffet, a small-scale cultural activity or a dinner in a special historic setting. Catering can be arranged by agreement, with a focus on local produce and options from partner caterers. Audio-visual equipment is also available for presentations and meetings.
