Weststadt Bar rents out a versatile event venue in a former railway engine shed in Darmstadt. Exposed brickwork and the spacious architecture give the venue a distinctive industrial character. Covering around 180 square metres, it can host celebrations for up to 140 people, depending on the seating layout and schedule. Two terraces and the outdoor area offer additional options for receptions, an outdoor wedding ceremony or a summer celebration.

The venue is suitable for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and other private occasions, as well as corporate events, Christmas parties, summer parties, workshops, conferences and product presentations. For weddings, the ceremony, reception, dinner and party afterwards can all take place at the same venue. The team can help with planning by arranging viewings, advising on room layouts and seating, and coordinating the event schedule.

Food is freshly prepared by the Roeders kitchen team and tailored to the occasion. Options include finger food, multi-course menus, buffets and barbecues. Vegetarian and vegan requests, as well as dietary intolerances, can also be catered for by prior arrangement. Drinks, audiovisual equipment, decorations and other extras can be requested too. Depending on the date, these may include DJs, photographers, florists and show acts.

The venue is air-conditioned and accessible at ground level via a ramp. Parking spaces and bicycle parking are available on site. With connections to the A5 and A67 motorways, it is also easy to reach for guests from the Rhine-Main region.
