Many Studios

Many Studios offers a flexible event space for hire in the Barras Market area of Glasgow, a short walk from the city centre. The 110 sqm room can be arranged for different kinds of gatherings, including meetings, workshops, exhibitions, screenings, conferences, panel discussions, product launches and hackathons. It is also used for rehearsals, artist group sessions, pop-up shops and community activities.

The venue can accommodate up to 16 people in a boardroom layout, 40 in theatre-style seating or 70 standing. Its facilities include tables and chairs, a digital projector and screen, high-speed Wi-Fi, accessible toilets and a duty manager on site. Glasses, mugs, water bottles and hot-water urns are available, and the team can recommend caterers, though food and refreshments are not provided in-house. Organisers of public events can also ask about marketing support.

The space has a flexible layout, street-facing windows and its own entrance from the street. Community and charity rates are offered alongside commercial hire, with pricing dependent on the booking length and timing. The organisation may also provide the space in kind to support artists and community groups when it is able to do so.

Many Studios is an independent arts organisation and community interest company. Its event-space hire supports the wider creative community housed in the building, which also provides workspaces for artists and other creative practitioners. The venue is a practical option for organisers seeking an adaptable, accessible setting for creative, professional or community-focused events in central Glasgow.
