Davis Event Center

Davis Event Center is a large, adaptable venue at the Western North Carolina Agricultural Center in Fletcher, near Asheville. Its main exhibition space covers 45,000 square feet and can accommodate events for up to 3,700 guests, making it suited to trade shows, conventions, expos and other sizeable gatherings. Organisers can also enquire about meeting and breakout rooms, which have audio and video technology for sessions that need a more focused setting.

The centre’s open layout gives planners room to configure the space around an event’s format, whether that means exhibition stands, audience areas or a combination of activities. The venue also has an on-site restaurant serving guests and exhibitors. For organisers bringing in displays or event materials, the wider agricultural centre offers a setting designed to host public and trade events, with other rentable facilities available elsewhere on the site.

Event planners can submit a proposal enquiry with the event name, dates, description and requirements. The published rental arrangement for the Davis Event Center is a daily rate or a percentage of ticket income, whichever applies under the venue’s terms. Its scale and flexible facilities make it a practical option for organisations seeking a substantial event space in Western North Carolina. The centre is located on Boylston Highway in Fletcher, with access from the Asheville and Hendersonville areas.
