The Willow Room

The Willow Room is a private venue in Lockport, New York, for intimate celebrations and small gatherings. It can seat up to 60 guests comfortably, making it a practical choice for bridal and baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries and other family occasions. The space is also available for dinner-style weddings, although its size and layout are not suited to celebrations requiring a dance floor or DJ.

Venue hire includes farmhouse and round tables, cross-back chairs, a choice of linens, food-service tables, a cake and gift table, and a buffet area for refreshments. Guests can also make use of a kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator and freezer, as well as a smart TV and gas fireplace. Wi-Fi is available for business meetings and conferences. The building has accessible bathrooms, including a baby-changing station, wheelchair-accessible parking and a private car park with 40 spaces. An on-site property manager is present during events.

The venue does not provide catering. Organisers must arrange a licensed local caterer, who can use the kitchenette for staging while food is prepared off-site. Alcohol service is handled by the venue's staff and is subject to its food-service requirements. Tours are available by appointment, giving event planners the opportunity to see the room and discuss arrangements before booking. Rental periods include time for delivery, set-up and clear-up, with different options for weekday and weekend events. Ticketed events, including vendor fairs and raffles, are not accepted.
