The EVITA-Forum in Demen is a venue for private celebrations and business events in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Event organisers can choose from several rooms: the Goldener Saal, with its adjoining Sportsbar, is suitable for smaller celebrations, the Galerie has space for medium-sized events and the Ballsaal is designed for events with up to 300 people. This makes the venue suitable for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and company celebrations, among other occasions.

The rooms have been operated in partnership with the Seewarte am Paulsdamm since January 2026. Catering from the Seewarte can be requested at EVITA for events with 50 or more people. The caterer also offers food for celebrations held outside the forum. The venue itself should be viewed as the event location, with catering as an additional service.

Accommodation can also be arranged in connection with an event. Individual bookings are not available. Reservations are made by the event organiser and require a minimum of 15 rooms. The forum lists family rooms and double rooms, as well as caravan pitches, as available options. Breakfast is not normally available, but can be requested for groups of 25 or more. The former hotel at the EVITA-Forum is closed.
