Small Special Occasions

Small Special Occasions is a private event venue in Headland, Alabama, offering flexible rooms for organisers planning gatherings for family, friends or colleagues. The venue has several spaces that can be booked individually or together, with options for smaller groups as well as bookings of the whole building.

Exclusif is a compact room suited to intimate celebrations, small receptions, dinners, meetings and workshops. It accommodates up to 45 guests and has a nearby preparation area with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave and sink. Belle La Vie is the larger room, with access to a fenced garden and patio area for outdoor activities, games or cookouts. Parloir can be booked as a small standalone space or added to another booking for extra seating, food service or a relaxed conversation area. It includes a wet bar.

Bookings are offered for shorter sessions, full days and, where available, multiple days. Organisers can reserve rooms online or enquire by phone or email. Tables and folding chairs are available at the venue, and guests may arrange their own catering and decorations. The venue does not provide catering or event decoration, so planners can bring in the services and styling that suit their occasion. An optional cleaning service is listed for those who would rather not handle post-event cleaning themselves.

The spaces are intended for private, guest-list gatherings rather than public events. They can suit occasions such as showers, birthdays, family celebrations, small business meetings and workshops. With distinct room sizes, an outdoor area and bookable add-on space, Small Special Occasions gives event planners in the Headland area a choice of settings for hosting a personal or professional gathering.
