At Brette-les-Pins, Brette Loisirs Réception offers two rooms for hire for weddings, birthdays, family gatherings and business events. Set on a private 10-hectare leisure site, the estate provides a green setting close to Le Mans and its motor racing circuit.

The Pampa room accommodates up to 60 people seated. It is air-conditioned and includes a kitchen equipped for reheating, a terrace, tables and chairs. Crockery is also provided in this room. The larger Olivier room can accommodate up to 150 seated guests. It has a professional kitchen equipped for reheating, a bar with a fridge and freezer, a terrace, tables and chairs. Both rooms have toilet facilities adapted for people with reduced mobility.

For stays or events lasting several days, the site also offers a house, a studio for two people and a mobile home for four people. With prior permission, a few tents or camping vehicles can be set up near the rooms. Bookings are made directly with the venue, which shares its availability and prices online.

This venue is a good fit for organisers looking for a reception space with different capacities, practical facilities and on-site accommodation. Its location near the 24 Heures du Mans circuit can also make it easier to welcome groups attending an event in the region.
