Building One Event Hall & Rooftop

Building One Event Hall & Rooftop is a flexible venue in Grayson, Georgia, available for private celebrations, weddings and other organised events. Set on the second floor of a renovated industrial building, its loft-style interior combines high ceilings, large windows and a neutral black-and-white look that gives event planners room to create a design suited to the occasion. A private rooftop, reached by an open staircase, provides an outdoor extension to the indoor space and can also be arranged for a wedding ceremony.

The hall can be hired for birthdays, graduations, baby showers, quinceañeras, engagement celebrations and receptions. The venue lists an assembly capacity of up to 220 guests, while its indoor dining layout accommodates round tables and chairs. Standard hire includes tables, chairs, linens and catering tables, with rental periods allowing time for both set-up and the event itself. Outside caterers may be used with the venue's approval.

Planners can choose from event-specific décor packages, including options for weddings, graduations, milestone birthdays and baby showers. Depending on the package, additions include upgraded linens, centrepieces, backdrops, balloon garlands, signage and ceremony seating. Individual services are also available, such as a DJ, host, day-of coordinator, floral arrangements and rooftop chair set-up. The venue offers tours by appointment and handles bookings through an online enquiry process. Its combination of a customisable indoor hall, rooftop space and optional event extras makes it suitable for organisers seeking a private venue that can be adapted to different occasions.
